We want you to be happy with your Lumibody Naturals purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product(s) within 30 days for replacement or a full refund. 

If you wish to make a return, please email our Customer Service at support@lumibodynaturals.com who will help process your return.

IMPORTANT: Please include your order number, your full name and address (as it appears on your order) and the reason for your return, and let us know if you’d like a refund or replacement product(s).

Item(s) must be returned in their original bottle or container.

Please note that refunds can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to process and will be refunded back to the payment method used. It will cover the original price you paid at the time of purchase, minus any shipping fees.

Order cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hrs of placing the order.
